Dairy mixes for McDonald`s by TERRA FOOD — for the seventh consecutive time recognized as the best in Europe

August 26-27, 2015 in Munich, the top 15 European manufacturers of dairy mixes of McDonald`s presented their products for the annual evaluation by the tasting committee of the McDonald`s European Quality Centre. Traditionally dairy mixes were evaluated by a number of parameters: color, taste, smell, consistency. According to the results of independent "blind" tasting dairy mixes by the Bila Tserkva dairy of TERRA FOOD received high marks and were considered as one of the best in Europe. Dairy mix for McDonald`s ice-cream gained 93 points and the dairy mix for McShake® — 97 out of 100 possible points.

Since 2009, Bila Tserkva dairy plant is the only supplier of dairy mixes for the production of ice cream and milkshakes in the restaurant chain McDonald`s in Ukraine. The seventh year, the company is gaining some of the highest scores on the annual audit by the independent European auditor on the requirements of quality and food safety for suppliers McDonald`s (McDonald`s Supplier Quality Management System Guideline). International Tasting Commission, which twice a year carried out by the European Centre of Quality McDonald`s, confirmed the excellent organoleptic characteristics, the use of natural milk from leading Ukrainian farms, high quality packaging of Bila Tserkva dairy mixes.

Bila Tserkva dairy plant — is one of the most modern plants in Eastern Europe and it is the first Ukrainian plant producing fresh milk products that meets standards of the International Dairy Federation and European Union regulations. The Belaya Tserkov dairy plant is the only Ukrainian dairy plant that was constructed "from scratch" during the years of independence. It was initially designed in compliance with current quality standards, ranging from site selection to an arrangement of production zones inside the building.
